Tim and I bought our second home 2 years ago. When we first bought the home it was only 1 years old. We had to do a little remodeling before we could move in....OK, so that is an understatement. We pretty much changed EVERYTHING! Tim was very patient and willing to do whatever I wanted because he got his garage he wanted...ha! We painted, changed counter tops, sinks, toilets, hardware, light fixtures and carpet. So I am a little OCD what can I say, but most importantly the home was now MINE! Well we recently did another remodel. There was this wall the I didn't particularly like and I really wanted to put up a railing. So my wonderful husband ripped out the wall and we got the railing. I am really happy with my new addition and Tim admits it looks better too ;) Here are a couple before and after pictures.

A Little Remodel

Easter
In Tim's family they have a lot of great traditions through out the year. Easter is a BIG holiday for the Christensen family. Every year the whole family gets together and goes camping at the sand hills in Oak City. We ride four wheelers, play baseball/kick ball, have Easter egg hunts, eat lots of yummy food, sit by the fire and visit, play lots of card games, and most importantly roll eggs down the hill. I remember when I first heard of rolling hard boiled, colored eggs down the hill and thought it was the strangest thing ever...but the kids love it and now that is just what you do! It was a little bit of a rainy Easter this year and Macee was teething, hence the binky. ( Oh wait she always has it in her mouth and we really need to just get rid of it.) but we still had ton of fun. The Easter Bunny found us and spoiled us with lots of yummy treats, coloring books, clothes, kites, bubbles, movies and books. Posted below are a ton of pictures. I haven't figured out the whole picture collage thing yet. Maybe someone can help me out with that ;)
